N2 Kare projects are located in the North Aegean region, Ayvalık and its surroundings.

There are two payment options:

First Plan:

• 5% Deposit
• 30% when the contract is signed until the Key Delivery Date
• %65 Anahtar teslim tarihine kadar kişiye özel faizsiz esnek ödeme planı

Second Plan:

• 5% Deposit
• 45% when the contract is signed
• You can pay 50% when the construction reaches the housing loan availability stage.

• You can receive it provided that your payment is 100% completed.
• If you wish, we can sign a "Sales Promise Agreement" at the Notary after the down payment is made.

• What will occur during the title deed transfer;
  1. Your own Title Deed Fee,
  2. Land Registry Office Revolving Fund fee,
     
     
• In case a Sales Promise Contract is prepared at the Notary;
  Notary Fees for Promise of Sale Agreement,
  
  

• Before the delivery of the apartment;
  Electricity, domestic water, natural gas participation fees and subscription fees, if any.

Our villas or residences are delivered unfurnished. However, within the scope of our After Sales Services, our teams will be happy to assist you in selecting and purchasing your furniture.

All our residences are delivered in accordance with the conditions required by current laws regarding short-term rentals.

If you wish, N2 Rental Services can rent your house on your behalf, and you can safely earn high rental income.
