Nevzat YALÇIN, who started his working life at a young age, started his business life by opening his own business in 1955.
In 1987, he stepped into the construction sector with the construction of houses and villas in Eskişehir and Ayvalık with his partners, and in 1994, he continued his construction activities with his son Uğur Yalçın.
Nevzat YALÇIN, who was also a member of the Eskişehir Municipality Council and Executive Board before 1980, was honorary chairman of the Eskişehir TURKISH AERONAUTICAL ASSOCIATION between 1982 and 2019, and also served as the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Turkish Aeronautical Association for many years, thus becoming a pioneer in popularizing aviation in Eskişehir.
Nevzat YALÇIN, known and loved for his honesty, passed away on 15.01.2021. The honesty we learned from him and the respect and meticulousness he shows to his work constitute the main philosophy of our company.
Born in Eskişehir in 1970, Uğur YALÇIN was raised by his father, Nevzat YALÇIN, due to his interest in business from an early age.
After completing his university education, he started to build houses and villas in Eskişehir in 1994 and completed his first construction in 1995. With the completion of ongoing projects and commitments, over 100,000 m2 of construction was completed. During this period, with the know-how he acquired from abroad, he was among the first companies to implement wooden construction structures in Turkey after the 1999 earthquake.
In 2009, he continued his activities in Istanbul with project and investment consultancy in the real estate sector, and during this time, he developed himself in this field by providing land, project development and sales plan creation to construction companies and investment consultancy to investors. During this time, he also operated in Germany and Northern Cyprus, and increased his experience by working on investment models abroad in real estate investment.
In light of all this experience and knowledge, it established N2 KARE CONSTRUCTION in 2023 and started to produce innovative and boutique projects. It aims to provide maximum investment income to its customers who own real estate from N2 projects, as well as to live a life in a safe and comfortable living space.
N2 KARE carries the legacy of quality housing production that our founder Nevzat Yalçın started in 1987 to the present day. N2 KARE, which has undertaken many projects, draws its inspiration from this journey.
